Dollhouse built by Chuck Holdsworth from Ah, Miniatures. Originally purchased in the early '90's for about $300 completely unfinished, nothing included.

It has a footprint of 24" deep by 48" long and stands about 43" tall.

House has been electrified with tape wiring. Some lights have been installed.

Some rooms have been semi-finished with wallpaper and/or flooring.

Windows, doors, stairs, shingles, porch spindles and railings are included. Everything you need to get started finishing right away!!
